Cancellations

You have 24 hours to cancel after making a purchase. If you have received your fitness routine, calorie recommendations, and/or have had one coaching call (not including the Consultation call) you will not be eligible for cancellation. An email must be sent to josh@ironintent.com detailing your name and payment method.

Refunds

Prices displayed on the Iron Intent website include the credit card transaction fee. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount minus the transaction fee (2.9% +$0.30).

If you have received any portion of your intended package you are ineligible for a refund. Customers who sign up are expected to commit to the duration of the purchased package. If a customer must skip a scheduled meeting, Iron Intent must be notified a minimum of 6 hours in advance and the call may be rescheduled for a different date at no extra cost. Customers who wish to skip a meeting but do not wish to reschedule will not be granted any refund.
